Reserving Meeting Rooms
The Daphne Public Library offers two free meeting spaces to the public. The spaces are available to nonprofit groups at no charge.
The Board Room offers one large formal table which comfortably seats 10 to 12 participants. The Board Room is also is equipped with a television and DVD player for presentations. The Community Room is larger, serving approximately 55 participants, with portable tables and chairs that may be configured to fit your event, television and DVD player, large screen, and basic speaker system. Reservations should be made in advance with the Meeting Room Coordinator.

Meeting rooms may be requested in advance, and groups may be accommodated for monthly meetings. Arrangements should be made with the Circulation Supervisor and the responsible party for each group will be required to complete a standard form. Users may request the library’s digital projector and will be assisted by a library tech.
All groups are required to leave the spaces clean and in good order for the next users.
