Daphne Library Foundation was formed in 2009 to provide public support and capital fundraising assistance to the Daphne Public Library. The Foundation consists of fifteen members who serve for four years. The Foundation meets on a quarterly basis.

The Foundation is a 501C3  (non-profit) organization.
