Meeting Rooms

The Daphne Public Library offers five free meeting spaces to the public. The spaces are available to nonprofit groups at no charge.

The Board Room offers one large formal table which comfortably seats 10 to 12 participants. The Board Room is also is equipped with a television and DVD player for presentations. The Community Room is larger, serving approximately 55 participants, with portable tables and chairs that may be configured to fit your event, television and DVD/Blu-ray player, large screen, and basic speaker system. The Porch offers one large room or three smaller rooms for study and group meetings. The room is equipped with modern SMART boards, white boards and technology available for in-house use like laptops and iPad tablets. The East and West Porch will hold up to 6 people while the North Porch will hold 20. The entire space with dividers open can accommodate large groups up to 40 people. 

 
 
 

Meeting rooms may be requested in advance, and groups may be accommodated for monthly meetings. Arrangements should be made with the Meeting Room Coordinator and the responsible party for each group will be required to complete a standard form. Users may request the library’s digital projector and will be assisted by a library tech.

All groups are required to leave the spaces clean and in good order for the next users.
